We all know this situation where we turn constantly under our sheets, trying to falling asleep. The time may seem long and our thoughts are turned to the
fact of not being able to sleep, which can lead to nervousness.
The problem is due precisely to these thoughts that prevent you to relax and sleep again. To overcome this, get up, go to another room and practice a quiet activity.
Reading is very effective, however, avoid all screens (TV, computer, smartphone), the light that they project in your eyes informs your brain that it is not the time to
secrete melatonin (also called the sleep hormone).
