7 tips for a better sleep

Tip n°2 : avoid sports in the evening

mieux dormir Easier said than done when we work 7 hours a day and when sport is an important activity for you. However it is a fact, doing sport has an exciting effect that disrupts sleep. This statement is especially true for intense workouts (squash, sprinting, weight lifting, etc).

We recommend to do sport before going to work or between noon and two, bringing both benefits:
- Physical tiredness caused by these efforts appears in the evening, usually after the day's work and brings a natural relaxation.

- Psychologically you will feel an effect of "busy day", avoiding guilt feeling brought by some monotonous work. Therefore it avoid to have negative thoughts and you can relax on the evening.
